Some Sundays are meant for more than just slowing down.

Last Sunday, Coffee & Groove brought a beautiful mix of music, movement and people together at Rocca Bay, an afternoon to reconnect with ourselves, enjoy the moment, and meet others along the way.

With 90s & 00s music setting the mood, coffee flowing and the bay as our backdrop, something special began to take shape: a community built around connection, self-expression and simply being together.

Thank you to everyone who came, danced, moved, laughed and shared the afternoon with us.

This is only the beginning. 🤎 by @zephyrmotion

A good run is always better with good company.

On 8 August, the Bay was full of movement, laughter and new connections as our community came together for Connor’s Collective.

Some came to run.
Some came to meet people.
Everyone stayed for the good energy. by @zephyrmotion

An evening where fashion met heritage.

Set within the timeless charm of 1926 Heritage Hotel Penang, Doublewoot presented an elegant showcase where every design was beautifully complemented by the venue’s historic surroundings.

Congratulations to Helen Tan & Heliene Tan on another beautiful presentation.

The sea kept its rhythm.

The band found theirs.

Somewhere in between, the evening became something worth remembering.

Thank you, Explorations, for another beautiful Sunday at Rocca Bay.

The sun sets every evening.

Yet somehow, no two sunsets ever feel the same.

Maybe it’s the changing colours across the water. Maybe it’s the people you share the table with. Or maybe some places simply have a way of slowing time down.

Here’s to another evening by the bay.

The other day, we had the chance to capture the stunning Dioriviera pop-up at Macalister Mansion in Penang, a beautifully curated space by Dior’s fashion line.

Every corner held a certain quiet elegance, soft, sunlit tones, refined textures, and carefully styled pieces, from bags to shoes and flowing dresses. I might not be deep into fashion, but I am drawn to the art of moments like these, the kind that invite you to slow down and take it all in.

Until the next story… 🌿

Had the opportunity to meet and witness @folk_pattern doing his amazing Handpoke while hosting me at his place for a couple of nights. Meanwhile, I decided to put in practice what I’ve been learning along the way, while trying out different techniques, angles and moves… this was the end result after several hours of work.
And check out his page, fully worth it! 🌿
