OMG my Z Stream on-demand class officially dropped, and I don’t even know how to express how thankful I am. 🥹🙏🏼

I had SO much fun filming this, and I’m incredibly grateful to @zumba and the whole team who made it happen. 🙏🏼🫶🏼

I was super nervous until I arrived at the studio, but as soon as I walked inside, the amazing team and fellow ZESs made me feel so comfortable and supported throughout the entire experience. ❤️

Btw, if you haven’t tried Zumba yet, or if you’d like to ease into it before trying an in-person class, download the Zumba app and check out some of the on-demand classes!

Don’t you think water has a way of bringing out everyone’s playful side?😎💦💦

I had much fun leading Aqua Zumba choreography at Rimini Wellness 2026! There’s nothing like moving, laughing, splashing, and connecting with people from all over the world. 🙏🏼💙

We didn’t just dance. We made a difference! 🧡
Last year, our Hawaii Zumba community came together and collected 692 lbs of food for Hawaii Foodbank — enough for approximately 576 meals! 🧡💚
And we’re doing it again in a couple weeks!!!

🎉 This year, we’re also celebrating Zumba’s 25th anniversary with 90 minutes of throwback songs, dancing, and giving back!

🗓️ Sunday, November 15, 2026
⏰ 2:30–4:00 PM
📍 Moanalua Middle School, Honolulu

🥫 Bring non-perishable food items and join us for a meaningful afternoon of dancing and spreading aloha!

Everyone is welcome! 🧡💚

Let’s see how many more meals we can help provide together this year! 🫶🏼

CPR certification renewed! ✅

This year, we went with @american_heart @hearthawaii and I completed the online portion before attending the in-person session.

As a fitness instructor, keeping my CPR certification current is part of staying prepared and responsible! 🙂
