Last midwife appointment complete ✅

It’s crazy to think how close we are now. After all the appointments and emotions, our long fertility journey has lead us to here. Our little baby boy really will be here before we know it.

I am so unbelievably proud you @sophiekasaei_ . You have handled this whole journey with so much strength, love and patience, even on the tough days. Watching you becoming our boys mum already has been incredible.
