Happy First Father’s Day to my amazing husband! 💙🧡
Watching you step into fatherhood has been one of the greatest joys of my life. You lead our family with love, patience, and strength, and I thank God every day for the incredible father you are becoming. by @zhanejerelle

My beautiful boy Zachary is my rainbow baby. 🌈👶🏾

A year before he was born, we experienced a miscarriage. At the time, Chris and I were walking through a season filled with so much loss—it was truly one of the hardest times in my life.

I remember feeling angry with God and asking why so many painful things kept happening and why He allowed this to happen to us. Those feelings stayed with me for months.

I watched friends who became pregnant around the same time we did celebrate their baby showers, and later, welcome their babies into the world. While I was happy for them, it was also incredibly painful.

After some time, the Lord spoke to my heart and said, “Try again, all is well this time.” If I’m honest, so much time had passed that I struggled to believe it. For a season, I lost faith and felt ready to give up. But just when I thought I couldn’t keep hoping, God showed me just how good He is.

Being Zachary’s mom is one of the greatest blessings and most beautiful titles I’ve ever been given. He has brought so much joy, love, and purpose into our lives, and I truly can’t imagine life without him.

I’m sharing this testimony to encourage anyone who may have given up hope on becoming a mother. In years past, days like this were painful for me. I would stay off social media and just wait for the day to pass. But today, I can say with confidence: God’s promises are always “Yes and Amen,” and His timing is always perfect.

Never lose hope for the beautiful things He still has in store for you.
