As an ambitious person myself, I know how deeply we want to become our best selves. Chasing success while your body is exhausted, your mind is overwhelmed, and your life doesn’t feel as good as it looks from the outside. I am working on WellZ because I believe achieving your goals should not cost you your health, peace, or joy. Instead, should be build around it. Systematically. by @zkinbayeva
I have one simple single standard for my partner and I -> “Be deserving of one another” I improve. You improve. We meet each other an the top. We improve. by @zkinbayeva

I've GRADUATED! 🎓🎉 It was an amazing journey filled with Nada's shiny smile, Tari's banana bread, Bido's quirky animal sounds, Sara and Dhruv's entrepreneurial mindsets, Liv's loveliest outfit compliments, Max's golden retriever energy, and meals shared with Seher. I hope your lives be as vibrant as Santi's personality. Spread joy like Riri, fearlessly ask questions, and work hard like Lulu. Let your passion guide you, inspired by Mehdia and Marily. Bring the most positive vibes, just like Abner. Get yourself Minahil's humor. Climb the mountains delving into profound philosophy like Niko. Give the best hugs like Robina and Gabe. Be a man of many talents like David, an altruistic girl boss like Esha, and radiate confidence, channeling your inner Yosef. Warm like Samara and creative like Kavi. Embody compassion like Saff and curiosity like Raya. Network like Raf and story tel like Diego. And don't forget to break the rules occasionally, like Kaya and Ari. This is merely a glimpse of the beautiful community that TGS encompasses. Each and every one of you has played an incredible role in my life and the lives of others. Whether or not your name appears here, your presence is deeply valued, and the small things you do bring immeasurable worth. Oh, and Sigurd, my tall friend, good luck squeezing into airplane seats :) #graduation #classof2023 #travelingschool #travel #thinkglobalschool by @zkinbayeva

I wanted to try boxing for so long, but I kept putting it off. When I finally showed up to my first class, I was terrible. I didn’t understand the movements, made mistake after mistake, and honestly felt embarrassed. Yet I kept coming back. Boxing taught me one of the biggest lessons about achieving goals: don’t be afraid to be bad at the beginning. Every skill starts with being uncomfortable. If you don’t quit, you’ll improve. And people won’t remember the awkward first version of you, they’ll remember the final person you became. Don’t let your first or even seventy seventh attempt become your last. Keep showing up. That’s how goals are achieved. 🥊 #boxing #mindset #selfimprovement #discipline #goals by @zkinbayeva
WellZ Studio has been selected to participate in Road to TechCrunch Startup Battlefield 2026. 🚀 Road to Battlefield is the largest startup pitch competition in Central Eurasia and an official regional pathway to TechCrunch Startup Battlefield 200. At WellZ Studio, we are addressing a problem that affects millions of ambitious people: People do not fail because they lack goals. They fail because they lack a system that keeps them executing when motivation fades and real life changes. We are building an AI-powered goal execution system that transforms each person’s goals, obstacles, and circumstances into an adaptive plan, personalized daily actions, accountability, and measurable progress. From conducting 100+ customer interviews and testing the WellZ system with early users to building our MVP, every step has reinforced our belief that meaningful goals deserve more than motivation. They deserve a system. Being selected for Road to Battlefield is an important milestone for our team and an opportunity to strengthen WellZ Studio, learn from leading investors and mentors, and represent the potential of Kazakhstan’s emerging startup ecosystem. Thank you to @silkroad_innovation_hub , @techcrunch , @freedomholdingcorp , @astana.hub , @itpark_uz and @openai for creating a pathway for Central Eurasian founders to compete, grow, and reach the global stage! by @zkinbayeva
