“Oh you’re so lucky!” Is one of the strangest comments I get about the work I do. Yes I feel blessed, but as actors and creatives we often have to make our own luck. We work hard, we grab every opportunity, we take risks, we sacrifice personal needs and there’s still no guarantee it will all pay off. “Lucky” reduces everything we put into it to mere chance, it makes all our sleepless nights and all the heartbreak over rejections feel pointless. There’s no such thing as overnight success. . . . This job was the same, there were days we didn’t feel well, days we were tired, days we wanted a break, but as a team we never let each other down and always put the project first. That’s why I love what I do, every set is like a family, we’re all there to support each other and make the final project a success. Everyone around me worked incredibly hard and that translates into what you saw on screen, I was challenged to bring my best, infact being surrounded by so much talent is why I enrolled at @identitydrama_ and decided to better myself as an actor because I wanted to invest in my passion. Acting makes me happy, makes me feel complete. by @zoharahman_
As IF I’m in @teenvogue after filming @spidermanmovie !? I have @sarahanwerkhan to thank for so many things, this is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to you, but I’ll leave the soppy stuff for when you’re in London with me ❤️ by @zoharahman_

On Wednesdays we go hard. 20 year old me would fall off her chair if she knew what a random weekday looks like for me now, this is the process of making her dreams come true. I need a nap but I’m so so excited to jump out of bed every morning and give my son all my love then run around trying to put more love into myself and my passion. Alhamdulillah for this life. #dayinthelife #day #london #actress #model by @zoharahman_
