Let’s go team! by @zubaidtoefy

Workout of the Week

A quick one this week, but don’t let that fool you.

For Time:
• 10 DB Snatch (Right Arm)
• 10 DB Snatch (Left Arm)
• 10 DB Squat Press (Both Arms)

Give it your best effort, then get your name and time on the board. See how you stack up against everyone else throughout the week.

Good luck! by @zubaidtoefy

Daily step count keeps racking up. From PT session to PT session, to class, to PT session, to grab a coffee, to training, to PT session, to go pee, to PT session, to class….
Looking forward to not moving much on the weekends😆
