POSTS STORIES REELS

Omg guys 😭 I would’ve never expected 2024 to end with such a great opportunity. Almost 2 years ago I felt a pull to start creating painting again and to begin making Videos. Fast forward to today my friend Sherah @dandelionzrawr and I are in the process of creating a beautiful poetry film about her journey while healing and battling Stage 3 Cancer. I’m in awe at how amazing Yah (God) is and I’m so grateful for this chance to be apart of Sherahs journey to recovery and to share her story with the world. Our short film will be coming SOON 🎥🙏🏾!!

We would appreciate ALL of you guy’s support to get this out to others who are fighting a hard battle such as Sherah’s, to those in need of encouragement, and those who need a reminder to not lose faith. Please keep an eye out for updates here and on Sherah’s Instagram as well. Again thank you for all of your support of my journey as an artist as well and I hope this inspires you to pursue whatever it is on your heart, even if it’s imperfect and you’re afraid. Do it with all of your heart and it will be worth it! 🥲

And again shoutout to @milanoteapp for helping us plan out our project in one place it was extremely helpful.

Encouraging words, shares, and donations are all welcome! Check out the link in my bio for Sherahs Go Fund me 💓

Until next time.

Hey y’all, I’m back with Episode 3 🤍 and I’m finally sharing a completed painting omg!!

When I first started this piece, I was in a really dark place. The Most High has brought me so far since then, and sharing this now feels right..
Still becoming. Still trusting. Still blooming.

Thank you for being here fr. 🥲🙌🏾#shegoingvisible #creativediary #emergingartist #faith #artistjourney by @zulekaart

She Going Visible -Episode 2 🤍
Introducing my new piece, “More Important Than Many Birds.”
Hey yalll!!! How are you ?? Lately I’m learning that the Most High doesn’t meet us outside of our humanity…but right in the middle of it.
Still imperfect. Still blooming. Come walk with me. 🕊️

🤗 Draw with me !! I wanted to try some new types of content this year and my friend encouraged me to just be myself and film so I did and I really enjoyed making this video 💓🌟. I hope to keep trying new stuff and sharing more of myself on here as well as my art. Anywho wishing you all a happy day, until next time 🥰.

Love,

Hey friends, I missed making these simple progress videos, so I made one. I’m finally almost done with the head-wrap at this point and though I was kinda beating myself up for still working on this piece 😞. I know that type of energy won’t assist me in completing this piece, so I’m trying to push myself and treat myself with kindness and gentleness, though it doesn’t always come natural for me. I put up a cute reminder in my art space to encourage myself and I invite you to do something similar for yourself in a place you’ll see daily. Be kind and gentle to yourself, and you will begin to make more progress than you would by being harsh to yourself.

Talk soon,
-Zuleka 🌸

Hey hey!! Your girl decided to overcome a fear of *drumroll* filming in public 🙈. The introvert in me was SO ANXIOUS, but I did it and I can’t wait to share that full video on my YT channel ☺️💓! I’m super grateful to be overcoming in small ways and I hope my journey encourages you all. If you’ve had something you’ve been wanting to try lately, but you felt really intimated by it, let this be a little sign that you can do it.

Hugs and love 💗.

Hey guys, As I begin on this art journey again and face new ventures in my life. I can’t lie I find myself feeling a lot of fear of the unknown or even in my abilities as an artist since it’s been awhile. I am fighting daily to overcome this and to be a person of great courage and faith in everything I do. I love sharing what brings me joy and hope to keep going in love and in truth. I hope in some way this video resonates with you. What’s something you need the courage to overcome in your life right now? I’d love to know :) in the comments below.

Sending love and hugs to you ❤️.

🤗 Happy Friday!

I’m back again with a little progress on my Lily painting. If I’m honest I was quite anxious to start making reels, because I thought I’d have to film the whole process which kinda turned me off from the idea since I’m just getting back into creating and I didn’t need to add on any additional pressure to myself. To my surprise I actually had fun filming this and I hope to keep making these. Sending hugs and love your way, until next time ✌🏾.

Saves, shares, and comments are always appreciated 🤗.
