Honored to be nominated for Best Hair/Makeup at the 2026 SIMI Film Fest for my work on Internal Color. Every character has an inner world. My work in hair and makeup gives that world a visual language — through texture, shape, and the smallest details. Thank you to directors David Asambadze and Anastasia Asambadze for their trust and creative vision, and to the entire cast and crew for bringing this story to life. With gratitude to @simifilmfest for this recognition. I’m incredibly honored to be nominated for Best Hair/Makeup at the 2026 SIMI Film Fest for my work on Internal Color. For me, hair and makeup are never simply about appearance — they are part of the storytelling, revealing the character from the inside out. This recognition is especially meaningful because it marks my first individual nomination as a Hair & Makeup Artist. Although this is an individual nomination, filmmaking is always a collaboration. My heartfelt gratitude to directors David Asambadze and Anastasia Asambadze for their trust and creative vision, to our wonderful cast, and to every member of the Internal Color crew who brought this film to life. Thank you, @simifilmfest, for this incredible honor. Production: @migrantfilm Zukhra Akhmet Hair & Makeup Artist · Los Angeles #SIMIFilmFest #InternalColor #BestHairMakeup #zuzuvisage by @zuzu.visage
