' an oldie but a goldie for yah Thursday evening, a 2011 throwback with te young gun LAZR 👹 obviously this was a "legal" spot cause who would let two young jawns waltz onto their property to paint their shed 😅 team work makes the dream work, so we rocked the classic Moberry & Linz Iceberg colourway from @ironlak and man... their old paint formula smelt delicious 🤣 back then, we were just lil homies growing up painting anything we can, while finding ourselves along the way with nothing to worry about ‼️

' they call it the past for a reason, that's why me & brodie have history 👌 from leading two of Htowns largest opposing crews, to finally connecting, splashing paint 🤟 not gona lie, we had no issues amongst each other, it was just a few bad apples letting us down 🤣 at this point, Htown was hammered with colorful tags running the streets, 5 color throwies covering tracksides, and trains being thrashed like a paru hua 🤪 from intermediate homies to OG taggers, twas a beautiful scene before social media, Htowns golden era ✨️ and here we are now, two māori tanes of Kirikiriroa, in the name of Kotahitanga 🤞 we are MĀORI first, artists second 🫡

Haven't been on IG in 13, so here we are 🙏 a lil throwback for yah Thursday! While I was staying in AKL city in late 2020, I thought I'd find something to paint. Preferably legal, so nobody's life will be at risk 🤣 I decided to drop @mrr_.m a message and sure enough, the bro was down for a paint 🤟 had met him at @cheapskateskhyber & man he's such a humble beast from the east! 🫡 what's buzzy is, at the @avondaleartpark I met ol @kezam bruz! Another humble writer whose style is out of this world 🙌 can't forget, I also got to meet @redcheckershirt & @mils_mollyaina who were already painting the spot 😅 fkn lucky gunt gettin' to meet some heavy hitters of Auckland in 1 day! All the way from Htown, brah 🚩

Mannnn, if I see an easy train while on Holiday, I will try & paint it 😆 like this rusty sitting in TGA, sorry yah cheeky hua but you're about to be hit 🤣 it's funny cause another writer drove past, beeped out then later DM saying they saw me taking flicks of an FSU freight (3rd slide), they know who they are 💪😂 I always saw these freights rollin thru Htown as a teeny bopper, surprisingly enough, I never actually got to paint one while growin' up 🥴 gotta be fast or your last holmie! Can never go wrong with Chrome, so that's where we took it. B!#*h slaps harder than Will Smith! 🖐

Wowzers, here's an old throwback for your Thursday from 2016 when I 1st met @movethatcaine and @_jiggyjigsaw ⚜️ not only did I love the funk & vibrant colors in their mahi, but they were genuinely Top Notch dudes too 💯 plus I already knew there had been some killer pieces on this wall previous to me showing up 😅 so I knew I had to try paint something worth while, and still failed 😆 what's that K up2? Bros reaching for the stars with its hands & legs 😭☠️ twas a good catch-up with the bredrens, we even had @itsmelow_ pop in 🫡 I swear bro finds me at the most random times/places 😂 the man! These are the good times you can't get back, 07 Htowwwn ☝️🚩 #555 taken in Chipmunks by @07elko_

Here's 1 for the cap @e_fsu_298erz while painting with big holmie @mama_im_still_thugn 🫡 after a much needed catch-up over a phat $e$h, we finally decided to head into the city for a well overdue paint at our local pozzy 🤞 and to our surprise, we saw an Htown OG "YODA" had recently painted here cause bro iykyk 🤯 from his stomps to quick throws 👑 so after a long afternoon drying out in the sun, it was only right to finish the day off with a bunch of stickers around the motu 🚀 and you know we just had to stop into the local for a shtandard kai of fish n chips 🫡 then, randomly caught up with @ar_thmerchant who I haven't seen since beginning high school, so there's no doubt we will link up to splash paint together, once again 🦍 some HTOWN flava for your timeline! Fkn get that into yah 🤣 07 maafugga 🚩 taken in Love the Centre - Hamilton Central by @07elko_

Wow, here are some old photos to add color to yah throwback Tuesday! You're welcome in advance 😁 slide 1 is the original pic from 2k12, where as slide 2s picture is from 2k22, 10 yrs later! 😅 it was standard procedure to paint freights during the day, esp in te main yard like we owned the place 👌 I remember this like it was yesterday, in particular this spot which is right across from the entrance of te miniature trains, iykyk 😎 I only remember cause it was a Sunday, while the mini trains were running! So obviously we got spotted but as you can see, nothing was done about it 🥴

Far out man, I'm so grateful for another blessed wkend catching up with the Five Star Unit 🦍 these are te burners from our antics over the scorching wkend now that the smoke has cleared 🚒🔥 it was inevitable that we'll paint a #halloween themed production for the general public to both enjoy & be afraid of at the same time 🥴 so like a whaanau does, we all worked As One to not only buy our paint, but also our kai (food), bits & pieces plus gasoline for the UNIT van 💪 I am super proud of not only how everyone taught & helped each other, but how they also learnt & burned it in their own way, unique style and techniques! 💯💯💯
