So insanely blessed to have spent the summer working with these amazing people! Being able to teach kids about Christ while growing in my own faith was an experience unlike any other, and I couldn’t have done it without so many amazing friends on staff! Camp Concordia has been the biggest blessing, and I can’t wait to see it continue to be that for fellow staff and campers! What a blessing this weekend was! I had the wonderful opportunity to attend a Lutheran student leadership conference in Indiana, where I made some amazing new friends and learned many things about mental health and the Lord! I am ever grateful for the opportunities that I have, and I look forward to my future adventures, even if they include getting lost in the woods on the way back from a cemetery after sidequesting again (that was a LONG hour and a half). I thank the Lord for everything that I have, all the people I have met, and all that I will continue to do with His guidance.
It also helps that the team that I liked won the Super Bowl (go seahawks), and an MSU alum won MVP. taken in Dunes Learning Center by @07mobleya

If you had told me this morning that I would be holding a human heart in my hands, I would have said you were crazy! The BACC gave us health professions students an opportunity to meet an employee of Michigan’s Gift of Life, who we got to talk to for our whole time there! She showed us human organs and tissue and allowed us to look at and hold them, truly a once in a lifetime opportunity! I am so grateful for the opportunity to interact with and learn about organs, how what we do can affect them, and what they can do for someone in need of one. We got to see a heart, a lung, kidneys, a pancreas, and a liver, along with many bone and tissue samples. Genuinely the coolest thing I have ever been a part of, and something I will never forget! by @07mobleya

For my BACC class, Health Professions, we are doing a fundraiser. The fundraiser is to support myself and my fellow classmates in our competitions, providing snacks throughout the year, and funding various other small and large things.

We are selling candles, funky socks, and popcorn, among other things. These are of amazing quality and the candles smell like new, even after a few years! They are also perfect for Christmas, whether as small gifts or stocking stuffers!
