The new ASICS collection is finally here!
👟 The ASICS GEL-KAYANO 32 is perfect for those looking for stability and cushioning. The hybrid ASICSGRIP provides more grip and softness without compromising the abrasive resistance. I love the eyelets with eye lock, which prevent slipping during my runs. The ASICS GEL-KAYANO feels lighter than the previous model.
The new collection’s color palette is beautiful and inspired by nature. 🌳
The ROAD COMPRESSION BRA is very soft and offers support and comfort for my daily running sessions.
The ROAD TANK and the ROAD SS TOP are perfect together or separately in all seasons and all runs. Both are very light and breathable.
The ROAD HIGH WAIST TIGHT is so soft, flexible, and comfortable. Three pockets, a central back pocket for my phone, and two smaller front pockets for anything else. Did you see the elastic loop system in the back? I can carry a shirt, a small towel or a jacket with me. Perfect 🤩
The ROAD PACKABLE JACKET features ventilation zones in the underarm and back neck. It ca be easily removed and packed into the side pocket.

Feel the Comfort, Find the Calm with GEL-KAYANO 32.

Check this beautiful collection in all ASICS Stores and ASICS website. Links in my Bio.

This 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐃𝐚𝐲, I’m joining @ASICS to redefine a 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐭 to focus on how exercise makes us 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥.
No times. No stats. No numbers. Simply the mental uplift of exercise captured and celebrated.
For me, a personal best is feeling fulfilled. Running gives me a sense of belonging. I started to practice sport several years ago to fight a state of depression, I always perceived sport as a competitive activity, a way to show to others and to myself how strong I could be. When I moved in Saudi Arabia, I focused more on running as main sport. Running was my way to get part of the community where I live, and the more I was running the more I fallen in love with the feeling of happiness and satisfaction experienced after every run. Training and races became my happy time and I loved to share this happiness with the people around me. During the last year, and running long distances, I understood profoundly that the real happiness was generated by the pure act of running, regardless of my speed. In that precise moment I truly felt that my new personal best is not a number, but a feeling. I get this deep meaningful happiness after any exercise I do: running, cycling, swimming, in group or alone.

Now it's your turn, what you New Personal Best? However you choose to move, fast or slow. Let’s celebrate the feeling. Not the number.

𝐉𝐨𝐢𝐧 𝐮𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐞𝐱𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥. Every #NewPersonalBest image shared will help raise funds for mental health charities.

Running 5K with a purpose. 🏃‍♀️
KRC Women Division showing up, standing strong, and thinking pink 🎀 Sisterhood in every stride, hope in every Km. Our running session was a celebration of resilience. As runners, we know how to push through hard things, and as women, we know we are always stronger when we move as one 💗

🌅 Friday ride into the sunrise. Waking up the Eastern Province coastline. It was a beautiful ride: small group and big energy.
Speaking of energy, a quick reminder on the unwritten code for cyclists: energy in, wrappers in the pocket. Let’s keep our routes litter-free. 🫶

The transition from cycling to running is a beautiful sport called: “Why Are My Thighs Vibrating?” 😂
Somehow survived an 8k brick session with my buddy, and we actually managed to lock in negative splits.
Shoutout to ASICS Superblast 2 for doing 90% of the work while I just stood on top of them and gasped for air. ⚡️

Recap of the week in sport 🌟
Good people, better workouts, unmatched energy. The ultimate mood booster is surrounding myself with people who make the toughest training days feel like a breeze. 🫶

Remember that the hardest part is always crossing the front door. But just 15 minutes is all it takes to make a difference. Go for it ☀️

This is what mental health support looks like to me. Sometimes it’s a 4am alarm, shoes on asphalt, and a friend who says “yalla, let’s go”.

Community is my safety net. Sport is my daily reset. Together, they keep me grounded.

For #WorldMentalHealthDay I had an easy long run to remind myself that moving together heals.

Movement lowers cortisol, boosts serotonin, and when done with others, builds belonging: the strongest protective factor for mental health. It’s biology, with a spark of magic 🪄

15 minutes of movement a day is enough. I had my Sunrise therapy today, and I’m sharing it with you.

Our bodies were made to move.
Yet modern life makes us move less and less.

That’s why I’m joining @ASICS this October for the #15MinutesToThrive challenge — just 15 minutes of movement a day to reset my mind and lift my mood.

It’s small, it’s simple, and it works.

Will you move with me?

Watch ‘Human Nature’, ASICS’ new nature documentary about us, to find out why it’s time to get moving again.

Every run, ride, lap swum, family hug reminded me that life is all about the journey. And every journey has its ups and downs.
Alhamdulillah for everything.
Goodbye September, hello October. ✨
