People always ask me, “Samantha, how do you do it? How do you stay motivated?”

And my answer is simple

I don’t rely on motivation. I rely on DISCIPLINE.

On my good days, I work out.
On my bad days, I work out even harder.

Because the truth is, motivation comes and goes. Some days I feel like showing up, and other days I have to remind myself why I started.

Nobody is going to hand me the body of my dreams. I have to show up, put in the work, and earn it. Even on the days I don’t feel like it.

The name of the game is DISCIPLINE, not motivation. 💪🏽

And if we’re being completely honest, I also envision myself on somebody’s island, sipping out of a coconut, looking YUMMY ASF! 😌🥥😂
