2024... my wildest year on record. The theme is transformation. And we're only halfway there. 🦋

To recap, I traveled to India, fell out of love, fell into delusion, traveled to Paris and Sicily just because, wrestled with self doubt, traveled to Bali for a yoga retreat, sobbed my way to healing and self love, made mistakes, made progress, ordained the wedding for my sister and her partner, traveled to Sicily again because why not, decided to quit my job, chose to forgive myself for when I didn't know better, chose to forgive myself for the shame I feel, chose to love myself over and over again, chose to learn what self love is, chose to believe that I am worthy of the love that I want because I choose to embody love everyday.

Looking ahead in the next 6 months, I will practice yoga as both student and teacher, I will spend a month in Brooklyn, I will face my fears, I will do it scared, I will work on my travel and yoga business ideas, I will invest time in people's energy that will add to my life, I will love with an open heart, I will walk with confidence, I will travel to new places, I will take my chance to move abroad, I will release myself from expectations and be open to the natural flow of my life, I will let myself be soft.

Most importantly, in the current moment, I am full of gratitude, self love, opening my heart, forgiving myself, choosing courage, telling my self doubt that there's nothing to worry about. I accept everything that has come and will come because my ability to be present is my gift. 🧘‍♀️☯️ by @0jacs0
