Moments of youth in New York.

This is just a concept project. The concept of the project was capturing youthful moments through contrast. I thought of it from as simple as BW vs Youth or an old couple showing two different emotions to bubbles in Times Square.

Watching her fly away.

I renamed my project to “In the Presence of an Angel”.
.
The focus of my photos has been on the people and how their reactions to their own experiences. The angel in the title is refering to what they are seeing. In this case these photos were taken at Our Lady of Guadalupe. The holy site is visited by millions and it is more than just breath taking. Instead of focusing on where they are looking or the actual painting of Guadalupe focus on them because then it will be enough to know what made them express in such a way.

Shadows and reflections

Yall ever notice that on windows the reflection is brightest when whatever is behind the window is dark. Everything that we see and what a camera picks up is relative values of light. Shadows and reflections are everywhere but sometimes we just dont see em. You can interpret that as deeply as you want 😭 anyway
