Where music and memory intertwine. Happy 40th birthday to The Phantom of the Opera.
Celebrating a musical that has been very special to me, and close to my heart for so long. The music recalls beautiful times long gone and special people no longer with us.

Seen it four times, the first being on my 21st birthday. And the thrill of attending the 25th anniversary concert at the Royal Albert Hall which was filmed and broadcast live to cinemas around the globe!

Last weekend's festival work - Head of Artist Liaison for a series of concerts at Windsor Racecourse. Bloody hot conditions!!!
Was very enjoyable getting to work alongside Five (see their meal order on slide 4!)
Their fans were crazed. Nice lads - all shorter than I was expecting!

My final trip to the Netherlands for the foreseeable future, after 25 years of many happy trips.

This one was absolutely precious family time, on GREAT Uncle duties! Including a visit to the Dutch seaside (yes, they do have one!) Plus my first visit to Haarlem - a delightful "mini Amsterdam" - minus the crowds!

Part 2 of 2 from Andalusia! Loved it!
The spectacular Caminito Del Ray (not Lana Del Ray!) gorge - humbling and breathtaking!
And chilled beach times in Torremolinos.

Hard to put into words just how sensational my first Solstice experience was. A fascinating and electric feast for the senses. I could not have asked for more. Sharing it with the greatest of friends will live on forever. And the weather - and hence the sunset and sunrise were utterly perfect.

The 12 hours there was certainly a "journey" and my poncho from Peru got a LOT of compliments! taken in Stonehenge by @10086sunset
