Some ex guard Sweet basics but something I keep seeing that’s missing one little detail that makes a tremendous difference in this sweep that for some reason no one mentions so watch the video and I mention it or don’t watch it cause you know everything or you have really bad ADHD. This is the second or third week I’m teaching this in class so you’re getting an expedited version of the techniques we’re going from a color Thai properly done to set up a ankle pack and jumping straight into a knee bar or a honey hole. This is the out of touch yacht club crew.. We’ve been doing this every summer for the last five years I believe ,here’s just a montage of what went on this past weekend each time we ride we get a little better. Any time we go up our crew gets tighter. I swear this is the highlight of my summer every summer.
