Nobody shows you what they deliver. We do.

This is what a player receives when they work with us: two videos.

🟢One with their actions highlighted: what they did vs what they could have done.

⚪️And another one with us explaining it, so they can watch it as many times as they need.

No playing around. No 40-page reports that nobody opens.

We get asked a lot about where we came from, so here it is.

We both moved to the U.S. at 18 to play college soccer. Marta was a defender. Laia was a forward. And we both ended up in the same place: sitting in front of a computer, watching games.

At Nashville SC, we saw how a professional club uses video analysis. And we also saw what most other players and teams are missing: not a camera — someone with the time to watch one player.

That’s 11PLUS1.

Who’s watching only your game? 📍🟢⚪️ by @11plus1.us

Every parent knows that drive home.

You’re trying to help. You ask about the shot they missed, and somehow, the rest of the ride is quiet.

It’s not because you meant to say the wrong thing. It’s because you were watching what everyone watches: the ball.

There’s another way to watch your kid’s game. One that helps you understand their game, gives you better questions to ask, and doesn’t require you to know anything about tactics.

Because what you watch from the stands shapes what you talk about in the car.

What’s the last thing you said to your kid after a game? And what did they say back?

Practice three nights a week, weekend games, the fees, the drives. And when someone asks what your kid is working on, you don't really know what to say.

It's not that the coach doesn't care. The coach analyzes the team, and that's how it should be. But inside that, your kid is one piece, not the center.

Effort isn't the problem. Effort without direction is.

So be honest: if someone asked you today what your kid is improving this season, could you answer in one sentence?

“I’m technically better than the player starting ahead of me.”

If you’ve thought this, this one’s for you. 👇

Technique gets you noticed.
What you do without the ball gets you trusted.

Where are you when your team loses possession?
That’s where coaches decide who stays on the pitch.

Marta played as a defender and now analyzes this part of the game professionally.

3 practices a week. ✅
Extra sessions. ✅
And Saturday? He’s on the bench for the same minutes.
It’s almost never about effort. 💪
Most of the time, it’s the same problem showing up game after game… and nobody has shown him what it looks like. 🎥
Not a list of twenty corrections.
One clear thing—on video—that he can actually see.
Three plays.
The one thing that he keeps repeating.
One week to fix it. Then straight to the next. 📆➡️
If you had to pick ONE thing that your player repeats every match… would you know what it is?

If you thought Vinicius scored because of the controversial hair pull, this one’s for you.

Goals aren’t always created by the player who scores. Sometimes, they’re created by the player who moves a defender, opens a space, or forces him to look the wrong way. Mbappé didn’t touch the ball, but his movement helped create the space Vinicius needed. ✅

The best tactical details are often the ones nobody notices because everyone’s watching the ball. 👀👀

Think about your last game: did you focus only on what the goalscorer did, or did you notice the teammate who made the goal possible? ⚽ by @11plus1.us

Be honest: when you rewatch your game, how much time do you spend watching the moments when you DON’T have the ball? 👀

Most players skip straight to their touches.

It feels productive.

But the moments that determine whether you get the ball, keep it, or lose your opportunity often happen before the ball arrives — or right after it’s gone.

We analyze players for a living, and we look at the same 5 things every time.

You can start by checking 3 of them in your next game. The other 3 are in our guide.

You finish the game, check your stats, and feel like you barely played.
Few touches. No shots. Nothing for the highlight reel. 🎥
But most of your impact happens without the ball. ⚽
Where you stand. When you step up. Which run you track.
When you get it right—and nothing “big” happens… that’s exactly why nobody notices.
We don’t start with touches.
We start with the moments you create off the ball.
Be honest: in your last game, how many of your best moments would a camera following only the ball have missed? 🎞️

If you’ve had to correct the same mistake 10 times… this might be why. 👀

You said it at halftime, you said it at practice, you even said it louder the third time. 😅

And Saturday?

Same mistake. Again.

It’s easy to think: “He’s not listening.”

But most of the time, it’s not attitude. He just never SAW what you saw.

From inside the play, the ball is all there is. ⚽️

That’s why the right clip can change everything. 🎥

Not a 20-minute film session. Not another lecture.

The right clip.
The right moment.
In the right order.

Next time you correct a player, ask yourself:

👉 Did he actually see what I saw?

Or did he just hear me explain it?

Everyone remembers the finish. Almost nobody remembers the look. 👀

A pass before this goal, one player checked his shoulders.

One pass forward — and the striker is in.

That’s the part of the game that never makes the highlight reel. And it’s often the part that decides it.

Be honest: in your last game, did you check your shoulders to make a good decision?
