And finally it’s over!! After 4 years i truly would’ve never believed i’d be right where i am today. After looking back on the last few years, through all the pain and hurt in life. There has been so much good to have happened. So so many memories have been made especially through senior year. This semester i got to experience a kindergarten classroom and i can’t believe i almost didn’t do it. This class has helped me so much more than they will ever get to know. Didn’t cry leaving high school but definitely cried my eyes out leaving my kindergarten. So many friends have came and gone and i’m so happy to just be done. I am leaving with getting to have one of the best teachers as well who had helped me through some of the hardest times and life and i couldn’t be more grateful. Such a beautiful weekend for this retreat! Our summer mission team got to spend the weekend away from all distractions in the world and grow closer to each other and God. This past weekend we got to share our testimonies and realize how our story’s can really help another person. Before this weekend I had been walking into this mission trip wondering why would God put it in my brain. I’ve had to grow up in a life that nothing had clarity on what I was supposed to do in life. But now after this weekend, i’ve come to realize that I don’t need to know all the details. All i need to do is follow what Christ has led me to do. And what a joy to do that with a group of people who love the Lord and have some of the same questions. Such a great weekend even after many hard nights and LOTS of volleyball leading to bruising and our late night worship together! I couldn’t ask for a better team to go serve the Lord with. Our next stop is Honduras in June and we all can’t wait to see what Jesus has in store for us! taken in Lake James, Indiana by @1205sav

I don’t even know where to start. this was the best experience i got to have senior year in impact. i couldn’t be more thankful for the leaders that have dedicated their lives in helping a bunch of teenagers get on the path of following Christ. Over this past weekend i got to go to my final retreat where I encountered Christ for the first time in a long time after a long dark path that i’ve been fighting to get to. Coming to God with an open and abandoned heart that is Christ focused is the best option for anyone. He has saved me not only once or even twice but every single time. Even in the highest highs but the also the lowest of lows. Being on fire for Jesus is my decision and will also be my decision. My eternity has been decided and He gave his blood for me and deserves all the praise that i can give. i’m so grateful for the people who have brought me closer to God and the life that i need and want to live. And the next stop in my journey in finding and growing my faith is a mission trip to Honduras i hope🤞🤞. Proverbs 4:23 will forever be a blessing to know and to have learned about from this trip taken in 𝓗𝓮𝓪𝓿𝓮𝓷. by @1205sav
