🚧 Project Completion | Green Street Green Primary school in Orpington 🚧

Delighted to have successfully completed the remodelling of Green Street Green Nursery, transforming an existing building into a modern, fully self-sufficient early years facility for children aged 1–3.

Working as Main Contractor, our team delivered the project within a tight 6-week summer holiday programme and on budget, ensuring the school was ready to welcome pupils back into a safe and engaging new environment.

The project involved a full internal reconfiguration including new staff facilities, accessible WC provision, children’s washroom areas, storage and IT/server space, alongside complete finishes throughout.

Externally, we delivered a new wet-pour play area, fencing, tarmac surfacing and a secure entrance gate with remote intercom access — creating a safe and functional setting for both learning and play.

Another great example of what can be achieved through strong planning, collaboration and efficient delivery in live education environments.

👏 A big thank you to everyone involved in making this project a success.

🌟Wilderness Road, Chislehurst Complete🌟

The existing boilers had broken down and nearing the end of their serviceable life. We had some time to plan and prepare for the upgrade which meant it could be well thought out and a speedy install limiting down time to less 24 hours for our client.

Another Heat Pump Handover Pack going out today. 👍

It’s obviously a MCS requirement that you provide the client with an MCS certificate, Part P building notification and filling out the benchmark. We like to put it all in a nice folder for them to keep everything together.

Cambridge ECO retrofit project is still ongoing 👷‍♂️

Our team have been working hard completing Combi boiler to @vaillant.uk Heat Pump conversions here since November. With a mixture of @gledhillgroup Heat pump cylinders and @sunampltd to take care of the DHW demand.

More to follow on this project as the Fabric Upgrades continue to each home which includes Solar, New Windows and doors, new roof insulation, solid wall insulation and Radiator upgrades.

Perfectly chosen scheme here by our lovely client. Project started with a full strip out and built the room from scratch to insure it’s all under guarantee and lasts the rest of time! Cast Iron bath out, wet room tray in and bathroom tanked to prevent any possibility of water ingress. 15 days from start to finish 🙌

Darrick Wood Junior School 👷‍♂️

Site set up for our school water upgrade project. It’s always important you start as you mean to go on. Making the little extra effort at the start not only looks good but it keeps progress running smoothly.

Project Scope:

New Build annexe for a domestic customer. Beautiful cladding as a backdrop against the equally pleasing on the eye @vaillant.uk Arotherm plus 3.5kw heat pump.

This project was eligible for the the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS) Grant meaning our customer saved £7500 off installation!
