Good morning ladies and gentlemen. Here’s the color reveal for the AMT 2021 Dodge Charger Hellcat. If I had this car it would be this color. F8 green. Purple or red is nice too but with the interior color I’ve chosen f8 green was the best choice. It was also fun to do carbon fibers again. It’s been a few kits. #amt #dodge #charger #hellcat #scalemodelsworld by @125hades
Good morning ladies and gentlemen. Heres the color reveal for the Tamiya GMA T50 plus some close ups of the interior, engine and chassis. I am extremely impressed with the quality of details in this kit. The color of chose for this car is racing emerald green from @kaleido_colorworks They have some cool colors I recommend checking them out. Last steps for me to finish this build is making templates for the window trim since this kit doesn’t include those. Assemble Headlights and tail lights then we can attach the body pieces and wrap it up. #tamiya #gma #t50 #mrcolor #carbonfiber #scalemodel #scalemodelcar by @125hades
FINISHED Tamiya Porsche 911 GT3 RS Had a blast building this kit and everything went together perfectly. Sorry for the long video i just really think this build is worth showing off. Plus I recorded a lot. I’ll post some pictures of the car and some pics i took along the way soon. I joined a top secret G13 classified build off so it would be illegal for me to tell you what’s next, but I can tell you it’s gonna be nasty! -Chris #tamiya #porsche #gt3rs #tropicalglitz #vallejo #mrcolor #scalemodel #scalemodelworld #scalemodelcars by @125hades
Good morning ladies and gentlemen. Tamiya Porsche 911 Gt2 road version update. A good ol fashioned trim job. The car has been polished and now it’s time for some trim action. #tamiya #porsche #gt2 #scalemodelcar #scalemodelsworld by @125hades
Good morning ladies and gentlemen. Tamiya Porsche 911 GT2 Road version update. The body work is done. Ive sanded off all the mold lines, scribed some panel lines, I wasn’t liking the look of the body kit lines so I smoothed those out, primed it, painted it and 2k’d it. Also somewhere in there painted it with weak paint and had to strip it and start over. This paint is actual automotive paint Porsche racing yellow. I painted it over pink to make it match the warmer speed yellow that these 993’s came in. Im really satisfied with this color. Exactly how I imagined it. My clear coat has some flaws but nothing we can’t fix. Hope you guys all have an awesome day. #tamiya #porsche #gt2 #993 #scalemodelcar by @125hades
Next Build! Tamiya Porsche 911 GT2 993 road version. Just gonna to be a simple box stock build. #tamiya #porsche #gt2 #993 #scalemodelcar by @125hades
Good morning ladies and gentlemen. Here’s the final photos of the Tamiya Laferrari. It went together easily. Typical Tamiya. The hardest part was gluing all the mesh screen into place. I didn’t use any of those clear parts that use the decal mesh. Those look really cheesy. Instead I just made templates with them and cut my own mesh. The windshield didn’t require glue, that was nice. Scratch built, custom fit all the engine details. The paint is Tamiya LP-21 Italian red over pink Mr surfacer 1500 with 2k clear. The carbon decals are all beautiful @scale_motorsport carbon fiber. The absolute best. #tamiya #ferrari #laferrari #scalemodelcar #scalemodelsworld by @125hades
Good morning ladies and gentlemen. Tamiya Laferrari is Finished!! I didn’t recorded much of the assembly process since it took my full concentration but I did get a bunch of close ups of the parts so you can see some of the details I’ve added to the kit. I did break one of the door hinges but that’s ok. I’ll be displaying it with the doors closed anyway. Overall I’m really satisfied with how it came out. It’ll look awesome next to the Alphamodel 488 pista I did recently. Hope you guys like it. I’ll post some pics soon so we can move on. #tamiya #ferrari #laferrari #carbonfiber #scalemodelsworld by @125hades
Tamiya Laferrari Update: Good morning ladies and gentlemen. I wanted to get some photos of the interior and chassis before assembly. I took so many photos it was hard to only choose 20. Hope everyone is doing well. Next post will be the final assembly. #tamiya #ferrari #laferrari #scalemodelsworld #carbonfiber by @125hades
Tamiya Laferrari Update! Good morning ladies and gentlemen, “Here, deep within the Italian wilderness, we encounter one of nature’s most extraordinary creations…” The Ferrari LaFerrari. At its heart lies a naturally aspirated 6.3-litre, 65-degree V12, displacing 6,262 cubic centimetres. Producing 800 horsepower at 9,000 rpm and 700 Newton-metres of torque at 6,750 rpm, it can spin to an astonishing 9,250 rpm. But this creature has evolved beyond the traditional V12. Ferrari’s HY-KERS hybrid system adds 163 horsepower, bringing total output to 963 horsepower and more than 900 Newton-metres of combined torque. With a 13.5:1 compression ratio and 128 horsepower per litre, this is a highly strung machine—one that needs no turbochargers to hunt at speed. As the needle approaches nine thousand revolutions… “…the creature reveals its true nature.” A 963-horsepower hybrid V12 hypercar, capable of exceeding 350 kilometres per hour—built not merely to move quickly, but to make every moment sound magnificent. #Tamiya #ferrari #laferrari #scalemodelsworld #carbonfiber by @125hades
Good morning ladies and gentlemen. Update on the Tamiya Laferrari. Here’s the interior color scheme I chose to go with. I was really tempted to have a red interior but I wanted to be a little different. So tan leather it is. What an epic kit. Can’t wait to show you guys the engine and chassis. I’ll try to post some interior pics soon. 🤙 #tamiya #laferrari #scalemodelcar #scalemodelsworld #carbonfiber by @125hades
Tamiya Laferrari update. Sorry for the lack of posts. This kit has a lot of small parts I wanted to be carbon so that means I needed to make a lot templates. A lot of stuff that is very time consuming and takes full concentration so don’t record it. Here’s a few of the parts I’ve been working on. This is @scale_motorsport carbon fiber. They’re the absolute best carbon decals, I love using this stuff. It’s gonna look awesome when it’s all said and done. Stay tuned. #tamiya #ferrari #laferrari #scalemodelcar #scalemodelsworld by @125hades
