3 октября Tamyr Central Asia Art Lab проведет Community Day в Ташкенте (Узбекистан) в рамках инициативы Tamyr Art Scene, объединяющей профессиональное сообщество современного искусства Центральной Азии.

В программе: разговор о том, как меняется современное искусство Узбекистана, работа с традицией и визуальным наследием, просмотр и обсуждение видео-арта, а также знакомство с программой Tamyr Art Scene.

On October 3, Tamyr Central Asia Art Lab will host Community Day in Tashkent (Uzbekistan) as part of Tamyr Art Scene—an initiative bringing together the contemporary art community across Central Asia.

The program includes a conversation on how Uzbekistan’s contemporary art scene is shifting, engaging with tradition and visual heritage, a video art screening and discussion, as well as an introduction to the Tamyr Art Scene program.

Кинофестиваль NOMSIZ объявляет опен-колл

NOMSIZ — это фестиваль независимого и экспериментального кино, который проводится в Ташкенте с 2024 года.

Мы ищем экспериментальные фильмы, снятые не ранее 2024 года в странах Центральной Азии или выходцами из этих стран. Хронометраж — не более 30 минут.

Нас интересует любой необычный подход к созданию фильмов, будь то видео-арт, фильмы-эссе, работа с архивными материалами или гибридные формы, соединяющие документальное и игровое.

Дедлайн — 10 октября. Заявки принимаются через Google-форму по ссылке в описании профиля @nomsizfestival.

NOMSIZ kinofestivali ochiq tanlovni e’lon qiladi

NOMSIZ — 2024-yildan beri Toshkentda o‘tkaziladigan mustaqil va tajribaviy kino festivali.

Biz Markaziy Osiyo mamlakatlarida yoki ushbu mamlakatlardan chiqqan ijodkorlar tomonidan 2024-yildan oldin suratga olingan tajribaviy filmlarni qidiryapmiz. Filmlar davomiyligi 30 daqiqadan oshmasligi lozim.

Bizni film yaratishga bo‘lgan har qanday g‘ayrioddiy yondashuv qiziqtiradi: video-san’at, esse-filmlar, arxiv materiallari bilan ishlash yoki hujjatli va badiiy shakllarni uyg‘unlashtirgan aralash janrlar bo‘lishi mumkin.

Oxirgi muddat — 10-oktyabr. Arizalar @nomsizfestival profili tavsifda ko‘rsatilgan havola orqali Google-shakli yordamida qabul qilinadi.

В воскресенье 9 ноября пройдет заключительный день фестиваля NOMSIZ

День откроет программа «Форма воды» — фильмы участников летней школы Общества кинолюбителей Узбекистана. Документалисты покажут работы на тему экологии, а после вместе с менторами обсудят их со зрителями.

Во второй половине дня художник Вячеслав Ахунов представит свои видео-работы, созданные за последние двадцать лет, и расскажет о практиках концептуализма в видеоарте.

Затем состоится показ программы «Картография памяти» — фильмов, созданных участниками мастерской Саодат Исмаиловой и Tashkent Film School. Показ закроет фильм Саодат Исмаиловой «Растворённый в солнце» — визуальное путешествие к образу противоречивой исторической фигуры аль-Муканны.

On Sunday, November 9, the final day of the NOMSIZ Festival will take place

The day will open with the program “Form of Water” — films by participants of the summer school of the Uzbekistan Society of Film Enthusiasts. The documentary filmmakers will present their works on ecological topics and, together with their mentors, discuss them with the audience.

In the afternoon, artist Vyacheslav Akhunov will present his video works created over the past twenty years and speak about conceptualist practices in video art.

This will be followed by the program “Cartography of Memory” — films made by participants of the workshop led by Saodat Ismailova and Tashkent Film School. The screening day will conclude with Saodat Ismailova’s film “Dissolved in the Sun” — a visual journey into the image of the controversial historical figure Al-Muqanna.

В субботу вновь встречаемся в независимом кинотеатре Kinoxona

Выходные начнутся с артист-тока Тео Делиянниса — он расскажет о своих проектах — от кураторства до неконвенционального архивирования, от авторских до коллективных фильмов.

После пройдет показ и обсуждение проекта La Vie Plus Belle. Это народный тв-эксперимент, в котором жители города могут быть актерами, операторами, монтажерами, звукоинженерами на волонтерской основе.

Завершит день программа, собранная из опен-колла — “Yoʻldosh”. Фильмы этой программы — о людях, с которыми нас сталкивает жизнь.

This Saturday we’re meeting again at the independent cinema Kinoxona.

The weekend will begin with an artist talk by Théo Deliyannis, who will talk about his projects — from curatorial work to unconventional archiving, from individual films to collective ones.

After that, there will be a screening and discussion of La Vie Plus Belle — a community TV experiment where residents of the city can become actors, camerapeople, editors, and sound engineers on a voluntary basis.

The day will conclude with Yoʻldosh, a program compiled from the open call. These films are about the people we encounter along the way.

В четверг в рамках фестиваля NOMSIZ состоится показ фильма Динары Асановой «Жена ушла». Это история о мужчине, который был уверен в идеальности своей жизни — пока жена не ушла.

После показа исследовательница и художница Рахат Асангулова-Кызы представит рассказ о творчестве Динары Асановой — одной из самых ярких и самобытных режиссерок советского кино.

On Thursday, as part of the NOMSIZ Festival, there will be a screening of Dinara Asanova’s film The Wife Has Left.
It tells the story of a man who believed his life was perfect—until his wife left him.

After the screening, researcher and artist Rahat Asangulova-Kyzy will present a talk on the work of Dinara Asanova — one of the most distinctive and remarkable women directors in Soviet cinema.

Программа «Yo’l kira» объединяет короткометражные фильмы из Центральной Азии, в которых авторы размышляют о личных и исторических травмах — о хрупкости существования, культурной амнезии и утрате корней.

The “Yo’l Kira” program brings together short films from Central Asia, in which filmmakers reflect on personal and historical traumas—the fragility of existence, cultural amnesia, and the loss of roots.

В воскресенье мы продолжим показы NOMSIZ в кинотеатре Kinoxona

День начнётся с лекции кинокритика и куратора фестиваля Алексея Артамонова, который расскажет об отличительных чертах экспериментального кино.

После – показ программы «Видеоарт Кыргызстана», собранной куратором и культурологом Гамалом Боконбаевым. Он покажет ключевые экспериментальные фильмы кыргызстанских художников и расскажет о своей периодизации искусства страны. В дополнение, художница Злата Беорд расскажет о том, как молодое кино Кыргызстана сегодня ищет свой язык.

Завершит день программа «Yoʻl kira: новое экспериментальное кино Центральной Азии» — фильмы-переживания личных и коллективных травм. Подробнее о программе в следующих постах.

On Sunday, we will continue the NOMSIZ screenings at the Kinoxona cinema.

The day will begin with a lecture by film critic and festival curator Alexey Artamonov, who will talk about the distinctive features of experimental cinema.

This will be followed by a screening of the program “Video Art of Kyrgyzstan,” assembled by curator and culturologist Gamal Bokonbaev. He will screen key experimental films by Kyrgyz artists and talk about his periodization of the country’s art history. In addition, artist Zlata Beord will talk about how young cinema in Kyrgyzstan is currently searching for its own language.

The day will conclude with the program “Yoʻl kira: new experimental cinema from Central Asia,” showcasing films about personal and collective trauma. More detailed information will follow.

Откроет день воркшоп режиссера и художника Олега Карпова, в рамках которого он поделится богатым опытом безбюджетного кинопроизводства.

Затем пройдет показ программы любительских фильмов Узбекской ССР из архива Ассоциации кинолюбителей Узбекистана.

А завершит день программа «Yo’lda: новое экспериментальное кино Центральной Азии», собранная из заявок по опен-колу. Подробнее о фильмах программы мы расскажем в следующих постах.

Один из самых заметных казахстанских документалистов в своих работах вот уже почти 40 лет исследует человека, в том числе в его шокирующих проявлениях.

Для ретроспективы в рамках NOMSIZ мы выбрали два фильма Владимира Тюлькина, в которых жестокость и милосердие человека показаны через его отношение к животным. Для фестиваля особенно важны ретроспективные показы, чтобы показать работы центральноазиатских режиссеров старшего поколения.
