5 SUPPLEMENT HILLS WE WILL DIE ON. ⛰️

1. No shortcuts on ingredients.
We won’t choose a cheaper ingredient just to make a better margin. If it compromises the product, it doesn’t belong in the formula. PS if your whey protein label says - Milk Protein - rather buy a sterri stumpi.

2. No underdosing for label appeal.
Adding a sprinkle of an ingredient just to put its name on the front? Hard pass. The dose matters as much as the ingredient.

3. Quality comes before country of origin.
We’ll source quality ingredients internationally when that’s what the formula needs. “Imported” alone isn’t a quality standard. Purity, traceability and reliable suppliers matter.

4. No amino spiking. Ever.
Adding cheap amino acids to inflate a protein test is a hill worth fighting on. The protein number on your label should reflect the protein you’re actually getting. PS if your protein has “added Collagen”, ask thr tough questions.

5. Creatine is a daily habit.
If you take creatine, take it consistently, everyday. Make it part of your routine, not something you only remember before a workout.
These are the standards we’re building 13 on.

Paying our school fees.
Sometimes you learn from others mistakes… in this case we had to learn the hard way.

At 13 we have high standards, even when it comes to the details of our packaging… & after 90 000 sachets were cut 1mm off from what was our standard, we pulled it back and started over.

…this time with new formulations & NEW flavours 🤯👀
