🏡 One thing I ALWAYS do at the beginning of my renovations…

I like to get my own pre-home inspection AND pest inspection before the renovation gets too far underway. 🔍

Why? Because I want my contractors to have a clear understanding of the property’s condition from the very beginning. This helps make sure nothing gets overlooked and allows us to address potential issues before they become bigger problems.

It also prevents us from working backwards later in the renovation process.

By the time the home is ready to hit the market, I want all the boxes checked ✅ — inspections completed, repairs addressed, and any necessary pest treatments taken care of before I ever receive an offer.

For me, it’s all about being proactive, protecting my investment, and delivering a quality home to the next family. 🏠✨

Don’t wait for a buyer’s inspection to tell you what you should already know about your property.

I went from buying one property a year-or sometimes every other year-to buying 2-3 properties in a single quarter.
Today, I closed on one of the biggest houses I’ve purchased so far 🏡 size and purchase price.
My goal was to purchase three properties this year, and I’m well on track to exceed that goal. God has been so good to me.
Every door He has opened and every table He has prepared for me has been by His grace.
