Electricity needs a difference in potential ,two poles. Without that difference, there’s no current.
People aren’t so different.
Strong and soft.
Grounded and a little unhinged.
Able to say yes and brave enough to say no.
Deeply spiritual and still very much here for the good wine and the sunset.🌅 🍷
Somewhere along the way, we learned to edit ourselves. Be nice. Be easy. Be consistent.
But every time you cut off a part of yourself to become more acceptable, you lose a little voltage.
The most magnetic people aren’t one-dimensional. They have range -light and shadow, calm and fire.
Wholeness isn’t choosing one side of yourself. It’s having the courage to hold both.
So stop trying to be one note.
Be electricity ⚡️ ⚡️

🇺🇸 🔥🦅There is one country in the world that will let you fail, fall, and start completely over as many times as it takes.

It’s called America.🇺🇸❤️🤍💙

I’ve lived in different countries. I’ve built lives in different languages. But I never felt “home” until I landed here because this is the only place that ever quietly told me:

“I don’t care who you were yesterday. I only care who you’re brave enough to become today.”

As a psychologist, I’ve spent 15+ years helping people become who they truly are. Turns out, this country runs on the same principle I use in my practice: your past is data, not destiny.

My son was born here. I was reborn here starting over, alone, in a new language, with nothing but the belief that reinvention isn’t a risk. It’s a right.

Freedom wasn’t free. People bled for it so that we could stand here today and choose who we become.

Happy 250th, America.🇺🇸🥂🎆🎇🚀🔥❤️🤍💙🇺🇸

People often search for the right partner…
while overlooking the relationship that shapes every other one.
The one within.Because love doesn’t begin the day two people meet.It begins in the quiet conversations we have with ourselves.
The boundaries we honor.
The wounds we heal.
The kindness we allow ourselves to receive.
Perhaps that is why love so often feels like a mirror.

Happy Sunday 💕Trust The Creator 💕Trust is my greatest spiritual practice. And also my biggest struggle.
I’m naturally anxious. I need control. I have a Plan B, a Plan C, and honestly a Plan Z just in case.
In my head it sounds like being responsible. In reality? It’s exhausting. 😂
And then one day I’m so tired I literally cannot worry anymore.
And that’s when the magic happens.
I remember 🙏it’s already taken care of. Not by me. By something bigger. ✨
Trust your body. It knows.
Trust the people you love. They’re okay.
Trust the process. Plan A works more often than we think.
Trust yourself to handle whatever comes — without the rehearsal.
Love isn’t something you find. It’s already in you.❤️
Control isn’t something you need. It’s already happening just not always by you. 🙏
Like good wine lol we get better, softer, deeper with time. 🍷
