omgosh words cannot describe how thankful I am for this summer! As my internship comes to a close, I’ve been reflecting on everything God has done and I’m just in awe of how INCREDIBLE He truly is.

This summer has been truly life changing. I’ve watched God move in the lives of students, but I’ve also experienced so much transformation in my own heart. I’ve grown, been challenged, learned more about ministry, and most importantly, grown closer to Jesus.

Going into this internship, I knew I loved youth ministry, but I didn’t fully understand just how clearly God was calling me into it. Through every conversation, Wednesday night, event, and opportunity to serve, He has continued to confirm that vocational ministry is where He is leading me. I’ve found so much joy in walking alongside students, pointing them to Jesus, and watching their faith grow.

This wasn’t just an internship, it was a season of God revealing more of who He created me to be and giving me a clearer picture of my calling. I’m leaving with a heart that is full, grateful, and excited for what’s next.

To everyone who poured into me, believed in me, prayed for me, and allowed me to be part of their lives; thank you will never be enough. And to every student I got to serve, thank you for letting me be part of your story. You’ve impacted me more than you know and I genuinely can’t wait for what’s to come!

I came in hoping to make an impact, but I’m leaving realizing how deeply God has impacted ME.

So thankful for this season, this church, these people, and a God who continues to lead me exactly where I need to be. Here’s to whatever He has next.

Capacity, you changed me.

This week reminded me how grateful I am for the people God has placed around me. Getting to grow closer to the Lord alongside people who love Him so deeply is something I’ll never take for granted. We spent the week pouring into each other, encouraging one another, and then turning around to pour into others without hesitation.

One verse that has stuck with me is 2 Corinthians 1:3-4. God meets us in our hurt, comforts us, and then gives us the opportunity to share that same comfort with someone else. It reminded me that vulnerability isn’t weakness, it’s how God uses our stories to point people back to Him.

Jesus, thank You for placing me in Capacity. Thank You for every conversation, every prayer, every laugh, and every moment You used to grow my faith. And thank You for the leaders like Jordyn and Matt who never stop pouring into me and faithfully pointing me toward Christ, even through one of the hardest seasons of my life.
