My Husbabe is an early riser, and thank God for that! ☀️❤️
He’s inspiring me to make a commitment to waking up earlier and getting my cardio in first thing in the morning rather than putting it off until the end of the day.

A beautiful 7 AM walk from the trail to the track, fresh air, movement, and a little gratitude to start the day right. Sometimes the best thing you can do for yourself is simply get up and get moving!

New morning routine, new commitment! 💪🏽🌿

Celebrating my brother’s 50th birthday was everything! 🥳❤️🎉 My family really knows how to throw a PARTY! When we get together, it’s always love, laughter, good vibes, and unforgettable memories.

The thing I love most about us is that we’re not just family, WE’RE FRIENDS! ❤️ That bond is priceless, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

A special shoutout to my sister Sher for putting together an amazing celebration for my brother’s 50th birthday! You did your thing, sis! 🥰👏🏾 Thank you for making his milestone birthday so special!

Family by blood, friends by choice, and love that lasts a lifetime! 🥂❤️🎂

Caller: “Hello, I’m looking to book a massage. Are you Black?”

Me: Instantly sends her the link to my website bio. 😂

Caller: “I just received a message.”

Me: “Click on the link.”

Caller: “Ohhhh!” 👀

Me: “I wouldn’t want to be any other race than BLACK! 🖤✊🏾 I’m a proud Black woman and a proud Black business owner. I stand confidently in who I am, and my business speaks for itself!

Now, the conversation took an interesting turn, and I’ll just say this: If you’re calling my business to ask about my race, don’t call my business again! ☎️✋🏾

My credentials, experience, and the quality of my work speak for themselves. But let me make one thing clear: I am unapologetically BLACK, and I wouldn’t have it any other way! 👑🖤

Black-owned. Black woman-owned. Proudly ME! 🖤👑

✨ A Week of Learning, Connection & Healing Through Thai Massage ✨

What an incredible week at the beautiful Omega Institute! 💚

I had the honor of learning the beautiful art of Thai Massage under the guidance of my amazing teacher, Jill and our wonderful TA, Porter. Thank you both for sharing your knowledge, wisdom, and passion for this beautiful healing modality. 🙏🏾

I’m leaving this experience feeling inspired, grateful, and excited to begin integrating Thai Massage into my practice and expanding the ways I can support my clients on their wellness journeys. 🌿✨

One of the most beautiful parts of this experience was the amazing group of classmates I had the pleasure of learning alongside. From practicing our techniques and sharing space in the classroom to our trail walks, conversations, laughter, and enjoying everything Omega had to offer, we created connections and bonds that made this week even more special. ❤️

And can we talk about the beauty of the Omega Institute campus? The peaceful surroundings, beautiful trails, and nurturing atmosphere made this experience even more magical. Nature, learning, healing, and community all in one place! 🌳🍃

I’m returning home with new skills, beautiful memories, meaningful connections, and a heart full of gratitude. I can’t wait to return to Omega for more learning, growth, and exploration!

Thank you, Jill, Porter, my wonderful classmates, and Omega Institute for such an unforgettable experience. This is only the beginning! 💚🙏🏾
