Singing the blues. Energy flows where attention goes. Today I was feeling blue. After wiping my tears I decided to focus on seeing the beauty around me. I pinpointed the colour blue perhaps subconsciously to match my mood. I didn’t realise how much blue was around me! As a good friend told me recently, the more you choose to focus on negativity the more you will see that. Today I chose to see beauty. by @16capela

The Garden
As you enter the garden you are greeted by life
you give thanks to the spirits guarding the entrance
The trees wave their greeting to you Long time no see friend
You smile
You take off your shoes and let your bare feet touch the holy ground
And you enter communion with the life around you.
As you enter deeper into the garden the heaviness fades
All the isms that wear you down fade and you hear the ancestors
They are the trees
They whisper with the wind
Climb me today
and see
You oblige
From your spot you see the beauty of life
Families gathering
Lovers meeting
Friends laughing
old men walking
Life is so full from this tree.
You thank the ancestors for letting you climb
as you walk out of the garden you pass God’s acre
you pass it all the time
this time though you are reminded of the circle of life
Energy never dies
You feel that here
full
in the garden.
