At 1748 Bakehouse, we truly believe that real change starts right outside our front door. Local elections are the ones that actually shape our day-to-day lives—from funding our parks and schools to improving our neighborhood streets.

Mark your calendar because these dates are sneaking up fast:

✨Duval County Primary Election: August 18, 2026
✨Midterm General Election: November 3, 2026

Lucky number 7🎂✨

A whole year has somehow already flown by, and we are officially celebrating another Bakehouse Birthday!

We are so incredibly grateful for every single one of you who has walked through our doors over the years—our beautiful community is truly what makes this place so special.

To celebrate, our bakers have whipped up some amazing birthday recipes, and yes, we’re bringing back our house-made birthday cake syrup! You can even order mini croissants so your iced latte can wear a tiny party hat 🥐🥳

Seven of my favorite things this week in Jacksonville’s historic neighborhoods!

Took a book and some treats from @1748bakehouse to @memparkjax for the first picnic in the park of the Fall! 😍

Picked up some pretty presents at @cultivatejax! Always impossible not to leave without something for myself too.

Sorry, not sorry that @nakedkitchenjax made the list again! Finally had their kimchi grilled cheese… absolutely delightful!

Probably the thing I’ve been most excited about, being able to read on my porch and not melt!

Bartender’s choice for my “adult lunchable”, and she did fantastic! 🥂

Ari of The Little Flower Stand is selling beautiful bouquets next to Memorial Park. She’ll be back out on Tuesday, be sure to stop by and pick up a bouquet for yourself or a loved one!
