Time to hit the way back machine...Thank you to @tupua_productions for sharing your choreography with Girl Scout Troop 3580 to celebrate the Orange County International Food Fair. Friday vibes: Dropped the kids off at school bright and early, speed cleared the house for the maids, and then took a quick minute to tend the garden. The wildflowers are all starting to bloom and even my ‘ohi‘a lehua is enjoying this weather with some sprinkles. Then it was off to Benihana for a date lunch. We killed some time at Muth Interpretive Center before taking @dominooosh in for LASIK! I'll spare you the video but it was quick! We headed home and once he was tucked in to sleep the rest of the day my mom came over for some quick power gardening in the waning light. The honeysuckle hedge has been overgrowing and is threatening to take over everything. After chilling out with my mom a bit I headed out to grab the kids after their St. Patty's day pizza party. Big Bear, Day 5: We closed out this trip with a big breakfast and a visit from some coyotes. Then we had to get out of dodge before the big blizzard hit. Luckily, we got down the mountain just fine with just some light snowflakes on the windshield before the big front hit on the drive home. This was some of the heaviest rain I have driven in but we made it home just fine. Until the next adventure! ❄️🏂🌧️🚗 by @177ak

Big Bear, Day 4: We woke up and got some spam, eggs, and pancakes for breakfast then hustled our booties over to the snow tubing to make sure we could get a parking spot! We did lots of snow tubing before diverting to test out the alpine slide tobogen. After a lunch break we decided to try out the Flying Eagle ride (meh) before heading back to the cabin for more hot tub and creepy home spa time! ❄️☃️🦅💆‍♀️ by @177ak

Big Bear, Day 3: We took a slow morning to eat breakfast and get going. We stopped at some shops in the village and intended to go snow tubing but had to bail twice because we couldn't even get into the parking lot! Plan B was a stop at Tropicali for lunch. Unapologetic tiki vibes all around. Then back to the cabin for our daily hot tub visit before closing out the evening with some puzzle time. taken in Tropicali by @177ak

Big Bear, Day 2. We hit the slopes! The kids went back to snowboard school and everyone participated! All man-made snow but still good enough for us. Koa melted down after lessons but was reinvigorated by a hot dog. We hit the bunny slope with the kids for one run before we returned to the cabin for more hot tub time, saimin, and spam quesadilla. by @177ak
