A co-ferment with grapes & apples?! It’s true what you heard. A very new and exciting collaboration between Six Eighty Cellars and 1911 Established. Hear it from Phil and Yann.

Ice Cider is born on the coldest Central New York nights, when our trees are dormant. 🍎🧊

This is Ice Cider. Winter's gift. Rich, crisp, and balanced. Worth every cold night it took to make.

Available exclusively in our @1911established Tasting Room.
