Nothing says luxury like a black cake, so when I received the brief for this elegant birthday centrepiece I wanted to take it all the way.
A sensational blend of raspberry and red velvet cake, with our signature decadent cream cheese frosting, encapsulated in jet black chocolate ganache.

I’m so incredibly pleased with how it turned out and seeing the happy faces of the recipients truly made my day.
