@the_hkma I was invited to join a team lunch at the HKMA, while mainly focusing on Chinese cuisine, there was a wide range of selections. I particularly liked the shrimp toast and sweet-and-sour pork which was presented in a black colour! Very unique presentation. Overall, I think the price is quite reasonable and given its prime location in Central, this is no doubt an all-rounded clubhouse for corporate dinings. @terracebouludhk We visited The Terrace Boulud HK for a corporate lunch. Lunch menu options range from two-course to four-course. Starting from warm starters, I picked the dim sum set which comes with two different flavours, the red one was a tomato flavoured crystal skin dim sum with some chopped mushroom fillings and the one in yellow is a siumai with crab meat which tastes really good. In terms of the mains, I had their wagyu beef burger. The buns were super fluffy and buttery, and the wagyu patty was bursting juicy. Since this meal was intended to celebrate, we ordered a red wine which goes well with red meat the wine was very rich in aroma and quite fruity. To wrap up the meal, we had the floating island and a soft serve. Both were super fruity with a lot of vanilla seeds spotted in the ice cream.
