The first time I made horchata, I had no idea it would become one of my most-loved recipes. ❤️

Months later, I came back to it with all your suggestions in mind. I added tiger nuts, coconut, dates, roasted peanuts, banana, ginger… and even skipped soaking the rice overnight just to see if this blender could handle it.

Chef Gideon and I turned tortillas into a quick homemade pizza using sausages, bell peppers and A LOT of cheese. 😂

The egg mixture was 2 eggs, milk and Dzie probiotic Greek yogurt, poured over the tortillas before everything went in.

Then we grated our cheese with the @oraimostore_gh cheese grater use the link in my bio to grab yours 🙏🏾✊🏾🧀

Paired it with @dzieyogurt yoghurt and @avsarmadensuyu 🥤

There was a time when missing meat at home automatically meant somebody had to take the blame. 😂

My cousin Duke Evans once took the fall for missing protein meant for my dad’s birthday party… only for us to find the “missing” meat chilling in the freezer like it had done absolutely nothing. 😭😂

Anyway, I made some Ghanaian-style vegetable jollof rice with fried fish, eggs & @beckys_local_bar coconut drink. 🥥🐟🍚

Sunday rice just hits different. 😮‍💨😂

Tender turkey + fried beef, vegetables, rice cooked in that rich meat stock… then those turkey wings sitting on top like they paid rent. 😂🔥

And I paired the whole thing with Dzie Juicery’s Ginger Pine. That ginger + pineapple combo with this plate? Charley. 👌🏾

We almost cancelled our podcast shoot because the room was HOT. 😂🔥 All those lights looked amazing but apparently came with their own weather system. 😭
