WHY THE SCALE

IS LYING TO YOU.

Your weight doesn’t tell the whole story.

3½ months can change your body without dramatically changing the number on the scale

BODY RECOMPOSITION

The goal isn’t simply:

“WEIGH LESS.”

The goal is:

LESS FAT

MORE / PRESERVED MUSCLE

BETTER PROPORTIONS

You can lose inches and body fat while maintaining—or even increasing—your body weight through muscle development.

That’s when the mirror starts telling a different story than the scale.

We’re just getting started 3 1/2 months in I think we’re doing good…. Oh and she’s down 25lbs if you were wondering 🔥🔥 by @1bugatti_

Motivation: Funny thing about life is you never know where it’s going to take you, and if your faith in God
(Jesus Christ) isn’t firm you’ll be lost, delusional, and hard to get along with because of anger and frustration. But I promise you if you stay the course keep your face at Gods feet you too will prevail. Keep your circle small and Cherish the ones that love you. Reinvent yourself as many times as you see to be beneficial for the main thang. This is a marathon not a sprint. In other words keep your head down and keep going. by @1bugatti_
