Another brilliant day at the @thelondon10k 🙌🏿

Had fun pacing my boy @jsosano1 even though he was airing me the majority of the run because I was pushing him through it 😂 But that’s what makes these races special… good people, good vibes, and a great challenge. Well done @jsosano1

@saucony_eu @thelondon10k race completed ✅ and already booked in for next years one 😂

Hands down, my favourite 10K race. The vibes, the weather, the crowds, and the running community make it an event I’ll be coming back to every single year.

Next up: @officialbighalf The goal is a sub-1:40. Training hasn’t been quite where I wanted it to be, so it’ll definitely be a challenge, but that’s what makes it exciting.

Stay tuned for the training videos. Time to lock in 🏃🏿‍♂️

Wow… what a day! The struggle was real man😭 this had to be one of the worst runs I’ve ever done lol had to stop like three times cos my hamstring was cramping up and my Achilles was in bits😭 had to take it easy and just listen to my body and run at an easy pace. Finishing at 1hr 57 which isn’t my best time but still happy regardless to cross the finish line.

Will be taking a long break from running now to get my injuries sorted out once and for all lol but I’ll be back and better!
