Dear Mom,

I know you hated pictures, but nows the time I wish we took more. I know you didn’t like the spotlight on you, but your presence took over any room. I know you didn’t have much to say, but thats because one look could do all the talking for you.

Mom, you’ve always made it a point to put us first. You’ve always encouraged me to think outside the box; to go against the norm, and to be better than average. You were my biggest inspiration, so I mimicked almost everything you’ve done; from the blonde hair down to the tattoos. I use to love when my friends saw you, because they’d say “wow, she’s so cool” and I’ll smirk, knowing it’s the truth.

You’ve always made it a point to tell us we were the reason you kept pushing through hard times; but in reality, you were my biggest reason to keep striving. When I was down, you talked to me with kindness to calm me, but sternness to motivate me. Even down to your last days, your main focus was us. Selflessness can’t be better explained.

Mom, I honestly don’t know how I’m going to maneuver. I may not have said it enough, but you were my entire world. Shit you still are. It takes a lot to break me, but this shattered me to the core. I pray that you’re at peace; and I hope that you’re finally with Grandma now, I know she missed her first born.

So if your new here, Hi I’m Danielle! I recently had my first “Do It For The Kids” Fundraising event at NARD Fitness Center!

The goal was to introduce our group of children multiple fitness experiences in one day. I wanted to spark a interest in each child so they leave with a new hobby that keeps them healthy.

AND IT WORKED!!! This was just the running segment but look how much fun everyone had! The adults supported our children by joining in too ❤️

Special thank you to my brother @1frsco for getting the kids warmed up with pre-race stretches and the medal ceremony 🤝🏾🤞🏾🖤

Thank you again to everyone who came out, donated or supported in ANY WAY! We did it for the kids ❤️💕✨
