I have a tendency to forget to drink enough water. I keep water at my bedside so I remember & it's ready to drink first thing in the morning. Cloves are added at bedtime or in a fresh glass that I add water to throughout the day. I use a tincture that contains cloves for extra gut support. Water is either distilled or Sparkling Mineral Water.

She'd be moved to tears if she knew how many people attended mass for her that day. #pamilya I bawled my eyes out, and again, and again to @tricia179 speech. If you ever wondered why I hug so tightly, it's because I understood loss at a young age. Sadness makes happiness meaningful. by @1happyislander
