One year ago today. No makeup, no filter….just me.

I felt gutted inside when I took this picture. Today, I’m grateful for the journey and the resilience I found along the way. I can appreciate what I went through because I’m able to smile and feel full again. 🤍 by @1only.alex

Just life lately. 🤍 by @1only.alex

Seoul 🇰🇷

One thing I’ve realized about myself is that when I travel, I don’t just want to go somewhere and take pictures. I’m genuinely curious about how people live.

I want to take the subway. Walk around the neighborhood. Try the convenience store snacks. Eat where people actually eat. Try the beauty treatments. Figure things out as I go.

And yes, I still want the beautiful hotel, the good food and all the things I love. 😂 I like both.

That’s probably my favorite part of traveling now getting to experience a different way of life!

Seoul gave me plenty to experience. 🇰🇷🤎

Grateful for what is. Open to what’s next.

I’ve realized that appreciating the life I have doesn’t mean I have to stop wanting more for myself. More experiences, more growth, more love, and even things I haven’t imagined yet.

Gratitude and desire can exist in the same place. 🤍

Tokyo reminded me that not every beautiful day has to be sunny. 🇯🇵

Some of my favorite memories happened under cloudy skies, looking out over a city that never stopped surprising me.

Which slide is your favorite?
