We've added quite a few connections here on Instagram over the past few months, so I thought I would reintroduce myself! For those who don't know me, I'm known as the Note Guy! I've been an active real estate investor for over 25 years now, focusing primarily on performing and nonperforming notes. I live in Austin, TX, but I grew up in South Texas (Ingleside), and most of my extended family is from Minnesota.

I work with new and seasoned real estate investors from all across the country. I invest in 20-plus states. I'm also a podcaster with the #1 podcast and the #1 YouTube channel for note investors! When I'm not working, you'll find me traveling, attending sporting events, or cooking! I'm always glad to network with other investors, podcasters, or real estate entrepreneurs. Feel free to reach out to me directly at http://TalkWithScottCarson.com! I look forward to talking!
