Trying to be a little better than yesterday. Annoyingly, that requires showing up again tomorrow 😶🫣

5-hour delay going.
4-hour delay coming back.
24 hours in Malaysia.
I think I spent more time at airports than in the country. 😂✈️
No complaints. Grateful always.

So much to see. So little time. 🇻🇳
Somewhere between the Event and midnight conversations... No plans. No script. Just good people, good conversations and a few stories I'll probably tell more than once.

A gentle reminder to look up once in a while.
The world's usually up to something beautiful.

Networking. Podcasting. Getting lost.
Day 3 | @linen_monde Vietnamese Episode.
Conferences. Conversations. 3 impromptu podcasts. New connections. And in between it all, a few moments to soak in Vietnam. Sometimes the best ideas aren't planned, they just happen.

GRATITUDE : A year ago, I wasn't just carrying extra weight. I was carrying grief. After losing my dad, I lost a part of myself. The mornings became harder. The motivation disappeared. It was easier to stay down than to get up.

Then came @laxminarayan_0414 Every other morning at 6 AM, my phone would ring. Some days I wanted to ignore it. Some days I almost did. But he never stopped calling.

He didn't just train my body. He rebuilt my discipline. He reminded me that healing isn't a feeling, it's a decision you make over and over again. From 95 kilos to maybe 84 today...
Somewhere along the way, I stopped chasing the number on the scale. Now I chase the man I see becoming in the mirror. Every workout, every painful rep, every "one more set" was never just about fitness. It was about becoming stronger than the version of me that grief had created.
@lets_trainwithlaxminarayan04 Thank you for believing in me on the days I didn't believe in myself. I'm not done yet.
I'll keep showing up.
I'll keep getting stronger.
I'll keep becoming someone you'd be proud to train...
...and someone my dad would be proud to call his son.
Forever grateful, coach. ❤️💪 taken in India Mumbai by @1sky1five
