Wodurch entsteht Atmosphäre? Was erzählt Klang?

🎧 Sound. 🎞️ Animation. 🎬 Film. 🎤 Performance.

What better time to indulge in a little nostalgia than in the preparatory moments before the upcoming edition of the 'Sounds like a Book: Memory'?

One of our long-time guests at the residency is Lukas Jakob Löcker, an Austrian multimedia composer, artist, and researcher. Over the years, he has contributed in various ways: coordinating the sound workshop, curating the residency's theme, and generously lending a hand whenever needed. This year, Lukas returns once again, joining a diverse group of intriguing contributors for a semi-structured programme featuring listening and movement exercises, walks, and informal talks.

Lukas Jabok Löcker is currently working as a project manager within cultural and art mediation and teaching at the department of “Media Design”, Kunstuniversität Linz, while continuing his artistic research „Spatial Delivery“ – tackling sound system culture and musique concrète & acousmatique.
