The best Sili Ice Cream in the Province 😋🌶️🔥🍧

In 2004, 1st Colonial Grill in Legazpi City, Albay, Philippines, created the now-famous “Sili Ice Cream,” a unique dessert featuring the fiery “labuyo” chili pepper. This spicy ice cream has become a beloved Bicolano treat and a signature dish of the restaurant, perfectly embodying the region’s renowned spicy coconut milk cuisine. taken in 1st Colonial Grill Daraga, Albay by @1stcolonial
