One of my favorite things is watching someone take their first class and realize during and after class... “Okaaayyyy this is Jazzercise… definitely not what I thought it was.”

My girl Andrea finally came to a class with all the baseball mamas💪 It took many years to get her on the dance floor with me.. thinking it wasn’t the workout for her.. Jazzercise/ dance.. nope not for me.

So fast forward present time … she has now signed up for our unlimited two weeks offer and LOVES IT! Add to this her workout jam is Cycle!

I know I am biased as this workout has done amazing things for me in my 14 years taking and teaching it. If you need ENERGY around you, strength training, cardio challenges, stretching, and amazing people pushing you and cheering you on .. then I definitely think you should try us @jazzercise_poway 🤩

It is one of those things you just need to experience 🔥 Come see what our HYPE is about!
