A lot of ya’ll have put your trust and faith in me as a content partner. Thank you. Without you we wouldn’t be here. My team is the greatest, they believe in me as much as I believe in them. My partner @missartistik is the absolute best, without her I couldn’t do what I do. My stepson Garrett is turning 17, I learn from him these days, he even taught me how to golf this summer. I don’t show my personal life online much, but after 8 years of putting my head down and grinding, I’m finally learning to have fun.

You don’t need some elaborate script that sounds like a renaissance literature major wrote it. In my opinion the MLS descriptions I’ve seen are trash 🚮. Some quick steps to set up your YouTube channel. I think it’s important to identify what your channel is all about from the very beginning, if someone comes to your channel, what will they expect? If you’re posting random stuff on YouTube without purpose, don’t expect people to subscribe. And I know real estate is broad, but if you niche down, something like “best golf course homes in AZ” now you’re giving someone something to look forward to every time they visit your channel. #youtube taken in Phoenix, Arizona by @1takegabe
