Happy Aurora Borealis—oh, I mean Thanksgiving! 🌌✨ Here are a few captures of the ethereal northern lights from their recent dance across our skies. It's rare to witness their beauty this far south, but we're in the midst of a solar maximum—a period of heightened solar activity that will continue until around 2025. During this time, the sun's magnetic field reverses, releasing solar flares and coronal mass ejections, which create these stunning auroras. Let’s hope for more cosmic light shows, just gentle enough to dazzle our eyes without disrupting our technology!

What is a "home"? I've lived within the confines of varied places. Each dwelling, a chapter in the novel of my existence, a sanctuary that resonates with the echoes of laughter, the cadence of connection, and cherished memories.
Pondering the peculiarities of each, the unique alchemy they stirred within my soul. In the reflective pond of the past, I discern the contours of relationships, connections, memories, and the tapestry of traditions that adorned the spaces I once called mine. In this retrospective gaze, I encounter the dual facets of the coin, the yin and yang of each cherished haven.
Now, these notions of "home" are long gone and find residence only in my memories. Welsh word, "hiraeth," flits through my thoughts, whispering a longing for places and moments left behind, a sentimental yearning for the unreclaimable.
I stand at the crossroads of nostalgia and the unknown, I find myself unable to pinpoint where my home lies or where it once was. The rhythm of my relationship with spaces and surroundings has undergone a metamorphosis. I am both a resident and a stranger on this cosmic stage, feeling a sense of belonging while embracing the simultaneous dance of displacement.
Yet, amidst the ebb and flow, I grasp a profound truth — that the decree of "home" rests within the sovereign chambers of my heart. It is a proclamation woven into the fabric of my being, an assertion not bound by geography but shaped by the contours of my spirit. In this realization, I discover a buoyant optimism, a beacon that lights my path. Home, it seems, is not a fixed point on the map but a constellation I navigate, a tapestry I continue to weave with every step.
So, with a heart attuned to the melody of possibility, I carry the essence of home within me. In every dawn's embrace and every twilight's sigh, I find a reassurance that home is a journey I embark upon, an ever-evolving poem that echoes with the rhythm of my resilient, hopeful heart.
