A lot of men aren’t chasing a high—they’re chasing relief from the pressure to provide fr. 🛑😓

Opiates become a silent coping mechanism for mental health struggles we’re too proud to voice.. Real strength is facing the root. 💪🏾

Nobody warns you about the flatline after quitting fr. 🫠📉

When artificial dopamine drops, normal life feels gray—but that boredom is just your brain recalibrating! Don’t relapse during the rewrite. 📝

Let’s clear the air real quick… 🗣️

My DMs have been blowing up with people telling me to get the Sublocade shot. 💊💉

Look, I’m not new to this—I’ve had the shot before. From the intense burning to the body mass required just to handle the pain, it brought me to my knees.

It’s not a one-size-fits-all miracle fix like people think. 💭

Drop a “🍃” in the comments, if you want a copy of my e-book, ‘From The Pit To The Promise’, where I outline every herb, herbal supplement, and spiritual protocol I used to navigate my recovery. ❤️‍🩹🙏🏾

LET’S GET FREE, NATURALLY.

Biblical manhood isn't defined by the world’s standards—it’s defined by Christ’s example. ✝️🙏🏾

Courage, humility, self-control, and integrity over everything.

What does it mean to be a man according to Scripture? 📖

It means rejecting passivity, leading with love, standing firm in conviction, and walking humbly with God every day. 💡

The system wasn’t built to help you get off… it was built to keep you paying. 💸💊

When I dropped my Suboxone taper down to 4mg, I realized the lower dose actually cost MORE out-of-pocket than my 8mg strips. 😐 Read that again.

It’s time we talk about how synthetic maintenance locks us into financial handcuffs 😵‍💫⛓️ —

and why shifting toward holistic, natural recovery with allies like @quitk_supplements is the key to real freedom. 🌿🔑

Heading to court this morning—not for anything crazy 😅, just my monthly check-in to hold myself accountable as a dad.

Accountability isn’t a punishment; it’s a badge of honor and a promise to keep raising the bar. ✊🏾💯

Kept the routine tight, trimmed up, did the face routine (s/o @gentlehomme wit da assist ⛹🏾‍♂️), and walked out ready.

VICTORY ISN’T WAITING AT THE END OF THE ROAD, IT’S IN EVERY SINGLE REP ALONG THE WAY‼️🏁

Sitting outside the clinic 20 mins early having a full reality check. 😅

From a doctor’s ultimatum turning into a suboxone taper 🚫💊, to stepping up for full custody of my second grader, to blowing a trading eval 📈😵‍💫... life has been wild lately.

But God doesn’t wait for your life to be neat to work through you. When you’re at your weakest, His strength takes over.

📖 2 Corinthians 12:9 — “My grace is sufficient for you.”

Stop trying to fix a dopamine-depleted brain with synthetic garbage fr. 🗑️🚮

Anchor your spirit in God, respect your temple, and build a real morning baseline. ⚓️🙏🏾
