Carmen, c’est moi que tu suivras! Pour la dernière fois, démon, veux-tu me suivre?
Eh bien, damnée! 🎶
- Don José, Carmen

Yesterday I took a break from my usual danmei read to start ”The Carmen Syndrome” by @svedberg.roger, a percussionist in the Swedish royal orchestra.

This story is about a murder, taken place at the Swedish royal opera house. (Fitting when I’m just passing by the house in question🤭)

I got this book recommended to me by another member of the royal orchestra when I was visiting the house a few years back.

So far I’m really enjoying this book. The characters are interesting, the murder got me absolutely horrified (in a good way) and all of the usage of opera lyrics is so good!

If you’re a good murder book or opera fan, I recommend checking this one out!✨

Made this sketch of Turandokht and A-Tai so long ago for a animation I never finished. But I think they are cute together so I’m posting them for you now. ✨🎶 #legendofexorcism #tianbaofuyaolu #danmeifanart by @1wanderingghost

Chong Ming’s first time holding baby Hongjun brings up some sad memories.💛
A hot teardrop fell onto the child’s face. He reached out, puzzled, and touched Chong Ming’s cheek, wiping away the man’s tears. Timidly, the child asked, ”Who are you?” by @1wanderingghost
