POSTS STORIES REELS

I can’t believe I’m even posting this. In my life, I never thought I’d see a Brewers World Series Championship.

I was in the fourth grade in 1982. My mom pulled me out of school to go to County Stadium and welcome the Brewers home after they lost the World Series to the Cardinals in 7 games. I was too young to remember the specifics about the series, but I remember being in the stadium when Robin Yount rode his motorcycle onto the field.

Then came the many losing seasons, followed by heartbreak after heartbreak in the playoffs. I was in the stands for Game 7 vs the Dodgers in 2018 when they lost. But tonight it all came to an end.

Been at American Family Field for the Brewers watch party with my cousin, sharing this moment with him is what it’s all about. 40 plus years of waiting and it was worth every second. by @1yountfan
