YOU NEED TO GET YOJR TICKET AND YOU NEED TO GET IT NOW!!! The difference between this year & last year is we didn’t know what we were doing last year. But baby THIS YEAR?!?! We’ve cracked the code. 👏🏼👏🏼 More secrets to come, can you guess this one? by @205lashco
Now booking Korean Lash Lifts✨🪽 It’s a no mascara summer ladies!! The difference between a regular Lash lift vs. a Korean lash lift are the products that are being used. The Korean lash lift uses Cysteamine based products that are able to process longer and give it the mascara look without out the mascara 👏🏼 This also lifts at the root of the lash instead of just bending in the middle being able to take even downard facing lashes UP! #lashartistabq #koreanlashlift #smallbusinessowner # by @205lashco
✨Let’s talk about Client Education ✨ Client education is so important. The top thing I prioritize is making sure my clients understand the process as well as feel safe and are comfortable with the process. Healthy lashes always come first✨💕 #lashartistabq #albuquerque #smallbusinessowner #lasheducator by @205lashco
The most important thing I ever did from my business was getting around women who would speak life over me! 👏🏼 Most of your normal jobs you have coworkers that help you carry the load of it or a mentor. They’re able to look up to, but in our jobs we work alone all of the time it is so important to get yourself in rooms with women who can support you encourage you and you can look up to. Nothing else in life has ever meant to be carried alone so why do we think our businesses have to be??? 🤔 This conference creates the opportunity to do exactly that you just have to take us up on it. I hope to see you in October. 🤍 #lashconference #albuquerque #lasheducation #lashartistabq #nmlasheducation by @205lashco

How do we actually build trust with our clients? What makes them keep coming back? ⬇️ I’ll tell you right now it’s not being perfect & honestly it’s not even good lash work… It’s being someone they can depend on even when we miss mark. We’re bound to make a mistake. Either running late, scheduling mix up, retention fail… any and all of it will happen at some point in your career. It’s how you handle those situations that will turn a fail into a win. How to do this: 1. Immediately take accountability STOP BLAMING YOUR CLIENTS!! Retention was poor? Say I’m sorry not what did you do. 2. Educate them on what you think the issue is. Loop your clients into your thought process. Show them that you DO know what you’re talking about and this was a just a mistake 3. Provide a solution- with kindness & urgency. Fix it! Whatever it is. Come up with a game plan and address it. When you do this, do it with kindness and do it quickly. You might have to do a fill after hours, do not make your clients wait for a solution!! If someone can feel that you care about them & the work your provide they will immediately feel safe. A client who feels safe with you is a client that comes back to you. I’ll be deep diving how to grow and maintain a clientele at this years conference. This is just a sneek peak into a discussion you do not want to miss. #lashartistabq #albuquerque #lasheducation #lashconference by @205lashco
Just know- I still be lashing ✨🤩 #lashartistabq #lashesabq #albuquerque #lashinspo by @205lashco
I’m tired of seeing struggling artists who are SO talented but they don’t know how to build a lasting career in our industry… NOT. ANY. MORE. 👏🏼 We got into this because we were good at a skill but then have to become business women if we want it to last. And I don’t think that’s talked about enough. 💥If you want to build a CAREER in this industry you have to learn how to run a sustainable business. 💥 That’s why Love Your Craft is 50% building business discussion. It’s not about learning a fanning technique and then going home… We’ll be discussing ✨ How to build and maintain a reliable clientele ✨ Habits that create consistency and momentum in your business ✨ How to understand and manage your finances as a owner These are discussions you do not want to miss. There’s no place in Albuquerque where you can learn hands on techniques you can use to create a better career and business for yourself! See you in October 🫂 #lashconference #albuquerque #lasheducation #lashartistabq #lasheducatorabq by @205lashco
Baby, the doors ain’t gonna open themselves… I hate to admit it but so much of what we receive comes from what we put out there. ESPECIALLY in the business we’re building with our own hands. 👏🏼 My challenge for you this week is to sit and reflect. Are you playing it too small??? When I did this, that’s when my business actually started having movement. If you are playing it too small some things the best thing that I can recommend is getting connected with a community of women who can help you!! Talk to other professionals, attend events, even dm someone you admire and start building a village. 🥰 You owe it to yourself to build the business you’ve always dreamt of 🤍✨ by @205lashco
